Hi, I just bought one of your M.2 Enclosure to use in a HP Victus Laptop and I can't make it work. It reads it in the USB-A or the USB-C but it doesn't show the storage unit. I don't know if I need a driver or any of this to run it.

If the enclosure is detected over USB-A or USB-C but the drive doesn’t appear as storage, it might be uninitialized, formatted in an unsupported file system, or the enclosure might not support SATA vs NVMe. I once battled a similar mismatch; Disk Management showed it as offline until I initialized GPT, assigned a drive letter, and the Block Breaker was over.
