Today my Trebleet Mac Mini Thunderbolt 3 Dock (with Dual NVMe Slot) quit working.
Basically it does not power on. When pressing power button in the back the blue led indicator will blink shortly and then just turns off. So the unit will not start at all.
Could this be issue with the AC/DC powerbrick? The powerbrick has a quiet squeaking noise. Is there a warranty to cover this as it is under a year old purchase?
Also as a first aid to be able to continue working, would it be safe to try to power the unit with 12V 3A adapter (polarity is correct). The original powerbrick is rated 12V 6A.
WITH THE NEW POWER BRICK IT WORKS PERFECTLY
I GOT EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE I TESTED WITH ANOTHER POWER BRICK borrowed from UGREEN Hardrives Dock 120 WS 12V 6A AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY i just order a power brick with same specs than original 12v 6a 72 ws $17 dollars i will rececive it tomorrow i will let you know how it works
